The Challenge
The goal of this campaign was to create a series of in-product videos that showcase the new UI of GlobalMeet Collaboration.
The challenge became staging the meeting in order to showcase each new feature. It was a collaborative effort by my colleagues, who volunteered to be a part of the process.

My Process
To help streamline production, I broke this project up into 2 different phases. For phase 1, I focused on full view video capture with 16 guest participants using GlobalMeet Collaboration. This is where it was a collaborative effort to get 16 of my colleagues to help join the meeting experience, to capture footage needed for our UI mockups.
I captured each feature using a simple Mac screen recording, then exported each screen capture into Adobe Premiere for video editing. Each video was edited down to simple short features for final use. Phase 2 of the project consisted of creation of overlay UI elements, skins and textures within photoshop, to export into Adobe After Effects.
Full composite layouts were created, with 16 different stock videos to overlay on top of each screen capture for final composite video features.
